The 2013 Open Book session will be held on Friday, May 17th from 1:00-3:00 P.M. at the River Falls Town Hall, W9015 770th Ave. Town residents that have made an appointment will receive priority over "walk-ins." Please contact Associated Appraisal for an appointment (or to answer questions on your property assessment).
Associated Appraisal Consultants, Inc. serve as the Town of River Falls contracted assessing firm. Questions and inquiries on property assessments can be directed to Associated Appraisal by calling 1-800-721-4157.
The Board of Review is scheduled for Thursday, June 6th from 6:00-8:00 P.M. also at the River Falls Town Hall. Notification must be made 48 hours in advance to be scheduled to be heard in front of the Board of Review. Please contact the River Falls Town Clerk, Ruth Stern, at 715-425-7373 if a Board of Review hearing is requested.
