The Town of River Falls, Pierce County, is requesting proposals for Town Assessor. River Falls has an estimated population of 2,235 with a total assessed real estate and personal property value of $351,180,500, including 1,769 real estate parcels. A town-wide statistical update revaluation was last completed in 2022.

 

The Town is seeking a firm that will provide sound assessment services – free from errors and defensible to Town officials and residents – in a timely, professional, and customer service-centric manner. Services will include maintenance of the assessment roll and individual property classifications within 10% of equalized value, reevaluation in the future, Open Book, and Board of Review.
