The  Comprehensive Plan is the Town of River Fall's “blueprint” for guiding development in the town over the next 20 years.  It is primarily used to make decisions about zoning issues, but it also sets a vision for the Town as a whole. The Town completed a major update to its comprehensive plan in 2024.

Our town has a history of farming and careful land use, and we wish to preserve this heritage while allowing for well-planned growth into the future.
