If possible, please try to discuss the situation with your neighbor first before getting the town board involved.  If your neighbor does not take steps to correct the problem contact the Town Board Chair.  There is a listing of policies that the Town Board follows regarding animal control issues under the “Ordinance” section of the website.  Dog licensing forms can be found under the “Forms” section of the Town website.
