The River Falls Town Board and Plan Commission will hold a joint public hearing on Monday, May 19, 2025, at 7:30pm at the River Falls Town Hall, W9015 770th Ave. The purpose of the Hearing is to take comment on a proposed Conditional Use Permit application submitted by Ruth and Peter Stern, W8468 760th Avenue, to separate a 2.0 acre parcel with dwelling in Ag preservation district in accordance with Chapter 17.06(3)(a). All interested people will be given an opportunity to be heard.
